We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who can turn ideas into scroll-stopping content and data into high-performing campaigns. If you love beauty, wellness, and storytelling AND you’re excited to make a big impact in a small team, this might be the perfect fit.

• Develop and execute creative strategies across Meta and TikTok to drive new customer acquisition.
• Concept and deliver fresh ad creative informed by brand positioning, customer research, and trends.
• Write scripts for UGC creators, ad copy for statics, and creative briefs for designers/editors.
• Direct and request the right B-roll footage to bring ad concepts to life.
• Collaborate closely with paid social and design teams to ensure creative strategies hit performance goals.
• Analyze performance data, identify learnings, and iterate to improve results.
• Stay on top of industry trends and competitor activity to keep our content ahead of the curve.
• 2+ years of experience in creative strategy for DTC eCommerce (agency or in-house).
• Proven track record of driving growth in KPIs through performance creative.
• Skilled in concept creation, scriptwriting, trend research, campaign ideation, and ad reviews.
• Comfort working with creators and briefing them for UGC-style content.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into creative insights.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for storytelling.
• Flexibility and initiative — you’re excited to wear multiple hats in a growing business.
• A passion for beauty, wellness, or lifestyle storytelling is a big plus!
