About the Role

We’re looking for asocial media native who can both run our Instagram + TikTok and serve as the on-camera face of NOMO. Think of it as building the content strategy and hosting the show. You’ll plan, script, and post content, while also jumping on camera to engage students and followers in a relatable, authentic way.

What You’ll Do

• Create and manage a content calendar for Instagram and TikTok
• Shoot and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks)
• Act as NOMO’s on-camera host—introducing the app, breaking down challenges, and engaging followers
• Track performance, spot trends, and adjust content accordingly
• Collaborate with the founder and team on messaging and campaign ideas

What We’re Looking For

• Warm and relatable on camera—you enjoy being the face of a story
• Fluent in Instagram + TikTok trends and formats
• Organized and creative—you can manage a calendar while keeping content fresh
• Mission-aligned—you care about reducing harmful scrolling and improving mental health
• Bonus: Based in Los Angeles (to occasionally film with the team), though remote candidates welcome

Time Commitment

• Start: 10–15 hours/week (part-time)
• Potential to grow into a full-time role
