Overview
Graphic Designer role at World (Tools for Humanity in San Francisco). This role reports to the Head of Brand Design and collaborates with designers and stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into clear, culturally resonant design materials that meet high creative standards.

In This Role
- Conceptualize and design production materials (print and digital) for World, World Foundation, Tools for Humanity, and related initiatives in alignment with brand systems and guidelines
- Scale the brand design system globally across surfaces while maintaining a high creative standard
- Identify systems to improve how design is scaled (e.g., toolkits of pre-approved assets)
- Respond to high inbound design requests from cross-functional teams with tight timelines
- Execute design and revisions according to direction and stakeholder feedback
- Lead with objectives and a user-first approach
- Occasionally design and uplevel high-stakes slide deck presentations (10-15% of capacity)
- Prioritize multiple projects for different markets and brands globally
- Create high-fidelity visual assets and a wide range of print and digital projects
- Collaborate with designers, producers, and operations managers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, including discovery and use of AI where helpful
- Be based in San Francisco, in-office minimum 4 days per week
About You
- 3-5+ years of experience in graphic design for print and digital, including knowledge of press and printing processes
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma; After Effects a plus
- Strong eye for design, page composition and layout
- Hands-on design skills and creation of high-fidelity mockups and assets
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
- Hard work ethic and self-starter attitude; willingness to deliver on time at high creative standards
- Strong time management, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience with design systems for large brands across projects
- US work authorization
- Bonus skills: typography, color theory, motion design, video production, videography, video editing, photography, Web3/crypto knowledge

Pay Transparency Statement
For CA and NY based roles: The reasonably estimated salary for this role at TFH ranges from $130,000-150,000, plus a competitive long-term incentive package. Actual compensation is based on factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.
