Overview

Hollywood, Sports and Music Industry Liaisons : Giving Forward.

This role acts as a researcher, liaison, matchmaker and publicist to reach out to the celebrities through their publicists and directly.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with VIPs, celebrities and influencers through publicists and direct outreach.
• Assist in creating and maintaining fan club email lists for profiles to reduce risk of bans or platform removals.
• Coordinate cause marketing donations from Giving Forward's sponsors by connecting celebrities and nonprofits.

Qualifications

• Experience in public relations, outreach, or talent liaison preferred.
• Strong communication, networking, and project coordination skills.
