Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning and analytics for AMD’s AI and Enterprise Marketing team, including CPU, GPU, DPU and NW offerings.
- Align marketing strategy with business imperatives; drive cross-functional collaboration across product marketing, corporate marketing, demand generation, and sales enablement to accelerate market growth and adoption of AMD’s datacenter offerings.
- Develop and socialize the marketing strategy and ensure its alignment with objectives; identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategies based on market characteristics, goals, and cost considerations.
- Build and lead a robust marketing analytics program to provide actionable insights, market intelligence, and performance tracking to inform resourcing, budget, and plans.
- Lead and scale AMD’s global Customer Engagement Centers to brief and close opportunities with major customers.
- Oversee a team responsible for AMD’s sales and partner enablement tools, ensuring alignment with sales and partner feedback and incorporating new tactics in learning and development.
- Leverage market trends, customer feedback, and competitive analysis to refine marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
- Mentor and develop a high-performance, data-driven marketing team of strategists and analysts.
- Present marketing plans and performance metrics to senior leadership with clarity and transparency for decision making.
- Apply best practices and technologies to the design, development, and testing of AMD products.

Qualifications
- Degree: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: Five (5) years of experience in the offered role or closely related marketing role or business analyst.
- Alternate combination of education and experience: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field and seven (7) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the offered role or closely related marketing role or business analyst.
- Specific skills (5 years required):
- Leading teams with a collaborative approach to drive demand generation and strategic initiatives.
- Leading demand generation programs for technology or semiconductor companies or products.
- Developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns for technology products.
- Conducting technology market analysis to inform marketing decisions.
- Monitoring and evaluating marketing campaigns using KPIs to identify improvements.
- Experience with B2B sales and marketing cycles.
- Utilizing marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms such as Salesforce and Power BI.
