Overview

Radio Frequency (RF) Engineer with Security Clearance — Envisioneering, Inc. is seeking a qualified experienced RF Systems Engineer candidate. This position will support work at the Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) Tactical Electronic Warfare Division (TEWD) to advance existing R&D projects and investigate and propose novel solutions related to the application of RF energy to electronic warfare, countermeasures and directed energy for the U.S. Navy.

Responsibilities

• Support work at the Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) TEWD to advance existing R&D projects and investigate and propose novel RF energy solutions for electronic warfare, countermeasures and directed energy for the U.S. Navy.

Minimum Skills / Qualifications

• DoD Secret Clearance within past 24 months.
• 4+ years of experience in a physics or engineering field.
• 4+ years of experience Designing, Building, Testing, and/or Modeling RF Transmitters, Receivers, and/or Associated Signal Processing Software or Hardware.
• Demonstrated experience with RF Measurement Equipment and RF Measurements.
• Demonstrated experience in the Application of Microwave Devices Including RF Measurements and Analysis.
• Demonstrated experience with RF Countermeasure Techniques and/or Technologies, Including RF Decoys and/or Active Jamming Technologies is desirable.
• Occasional local, national, and/or international travel required (10%).

Education

• Bachelor of Science in Physics or Electrical Engineering is required. Other majors will be considered with extensive experience in the above qualifications.
• Master of Science in Systems or Electrical Engineering is preferred.

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: $100,000.00 – $140,000.00
