Overview
Schedule: Must be available on the weekends!
Position: Visual Merch Material Handler
Responsible for supporting visual merchandising operations, moving and arranging merchandise, and maintaining a safe and clean showroom environment.
Responsibilities
- Be on time and ready to work with all materials
- Change and rotate displays
- Transfer merchandise from the warehouse to the showroom floor and move merchandise to other areas of the showroom floor using flat carts
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Stay busy while being safe
- Arrange properties, furniture, merchandise, backdrops, and other accessories
- Other duties as directed by management

Employment Standards
Materials Handler: Ability to repetitively lift heavy merchandise up to 50 lbs repeatedly; ability to communicate effectively with team members; positive attitude when working with customers; knowledge of merchandise handling procedures; knowledge of employment and safety procedures.
Physical Activity Requirements
To successfully perform the essential functions of the job, an employee must be able to perform the following: Stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, climbing, crawling, walking, pulling, lifting, talking, hearing/listening and repetitive motion.
Heavy Work: Lifting up to 50 lbs frequently, and/or up to 25 lbs constantly to move objects.
