Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Engineering Technical Writer to create, edit, and maintain clear and concise technical documentation. This role will work closely with engineering, product development, and quality teams to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly materials for internal and external audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain engineering documentation, including technical manuals, work instructions, SOPs, engineering specifications, and process documentation.

• Collaborate with engineers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and project managers to gather technical information.

• Translate complex engineering concepts into clear, concise, and accessible content.

• Ensure all documentation adheres to company standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

• Edit, proofread, and update existing documents for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

• Create illustrations, diagrams, and visual aids to support written content.

• Manage version control and maintain documentation repositories (SharePoint, Confluence, or similar platforms).

• Assist in creating training materials, user guides, and product release notes as needed.
