The Volunteer Grant Writer will play a crucial role in researching and drafting grant proposals to secure funding for the organization’s programs and operations. Key Responsibilities- Grant Research: Identify potential grant opportunities from foundations, corporations, and government agencies.
- Proposal Writing: Write, edit, and submit compelling grant proposals, ensuring alignment with each grantor's guidelines and funding priorities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with program managers, finance, and leadership teams to gather relevant information for proposals.
- Reporting: Assist in preparing grant reports to funders, detailing program outcomes and financial usage as required.
- Grant Calendar Management: Track and manage the grant application and reporting calendar to ensure deadlines are met.
