- Level up your marketing toolkit across multiple channels.
- Build your project management skills by owning timelines and deliverables.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership on high-visibility programs.
- See the impact of your work in the form of event attendance and engagement.
- Build and launch multi-channel campaigns (email, social, web) to promote live events.
- Track performance and optimize campaigns for better engagement and conversions.
- Experiment with creative content and targeting strategies to keep audiences engaged.
- Own timelines, deliverables, and reporting to keep campaigns on track.
- Collaborate across teams to align marketing with business goals.
- 1-3 years in event, digital, or multi-channel marketing (healthcare a plus, but not required).
- Hands-on experience with email and social campaigns; curiosity about analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe, etc.).
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where ideas move quickly.
- BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar field.
Compensation: $68,000-$75,000
