Role Purpose

Reporting to the Content Operations Lead on the Global Content Team, this new role manages and optimizes media files and descriptive text within the enterprise content management platform, focusing on content velocity and quality. Responsibilities include content administration, workflow oversight, standards enforcement, and content enhancement through automation and AI. Future duties will expand to include management of 3D modeling and advanced visual technologies.

Your Day to Day

  • Assist with end-to-end administration of content including visual media and descriptive text (product content).

  • Streamline and optimize content processes and operational design.

  • Monitor global adherence to content standards and data governance.

  • Oversee automated creative tools and quality enhancement systems.

  • Support workflow approval, rejection and escalation processes.

  • Learn and optimize the content management platform and collaborate with tech support.

  • Develop uniform, rules-based content policies across stakeholders.

  • Partner with business teams to align content deliverables with objectives.

What We Need from You

  • 7+ years overseeing business affairs, studio management or in operational roles within complex, matrixed organizations.

  • Proven experience managing scaled creative content on large DAM, CMS or e-commerce platforms in an operational capacity.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a track record of collaborating effectively with international partners across diverse business verticals.

  • Expertise in leading technology innovation and change management initiatives to drive operational improvements.

  • Solid understanding of modern media formats, omni-channel content requirements and metadata management fundamentals.

  • Familiarity with current content management tools, project management principles and industry trends, particularly in e-commerce and marketing communications.

  • Experience creating educational or support content.

  • Hospitality and data modeling/MDM knowledge considered advantageous but not mandatory.

Location - Atlanta GA (Hybrid - 3 days a week in office)

The salary range for this role is $58,834 to $100,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay (as applicable). We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employee.
