About the Role

As the Senior Creator Partnerships Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the Tubi for Creators program. Your responsibilities will include not only attracting new creators but also nurturing ongoing relationships with them. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to contribute significantly to our creator strategy.

What You Will Do

• Identify, pitch, negotiate, and finalize partnerships with creators, tapping into talent agencies and distributors.
• Manage ongoing partnerships, including onboarding, joint marketing campaigns, and performance reporting.
• Collaborate closely with Business & Legal Affairs, Content Operations, and Marketing to ensure seamless partnerships and promotional efforts.
• Analyze partner performance and seek opportunities for optimization and growth within existing partnerships.

Your Background

• Over 6 years of experience in the creator economy, digital media, streaming, or content partnerships, with at least 3 years focused directly on creator relations.
• Proven track record in creator acquisition and partnership management.
• Strong understanding of creator needs, challenges, and business models.
• Insight into current trends in the creator economy, video monetization, and community engagement.
• Excellent communication skills and talent for building relationships.
• Capable of leveraging data to inform and guide strategic decisions.

Annual Salary: $155,400 - $222,000 USD
