Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

We are working with an award-winning Creative Branding Agency who specializes in strategy, design & innovation for many globally recognised brands. Their approach often emphasizes creativity and innovation which has resulted in continuous growth.

Due to this and a big project win, they are now looking to add a permanent Design Director to the team in Chicago.

You\'ll also be working across exciting brands with a real focal point on Brand positioning, Packaging & Strategy.

The right person will have the following:

• Experience within branding & design campaigns/projects.
• A demonstrated portfolio of work for FMCG & Packaging clients.
• Experience managing projects, from big picture to detail, and full end-to-end project lifecycles.
• A leader and manager with experience mentoring and inspiring teams.
