Marketing and Sales Analyst

Overview

Primary responsibilities include following:

• Finding innovative ways to use proprietary or primary client data in conjunction with agency data to inform marketing decisions.
• Apply expertise in quantitative analysis and data visualization to tell the story behind the numbers and provide recommendations to leadership. Design and analyze A/B tests to drive KPI improvements.
• Provide actionable results that the business can leverage to set strategic direction and make day-to-day decisions. Analyze marketing and customer acquisition data and provide valuable, data-centric insights, and solutions.
• Develop standardized dashboards and ad hoc reports to inform business decisions, with an emphasis on automation and scalability.
• Maintain a detailed understanding of all marketing data sources and legacy queries for effective data analysis.
• Analyze and report on funnel metrics and campaigns effectiveness including traffic, acquisition, conversion, and return on marketing investment.
• Types of analyses include one or all the following: real estate industry/market, underwriting and valuation, variance analyses, budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning.
• Compiles information for the creation of marketing campaigns for sale of properties to include customized property information materials, comparable market analysis, and market and industry research.
• Compiles analysis and internal and external collateral into offering memorandums for seller clients, proofreads content, ensures appropriate branding, and approves materials for final distribution.
• Assists in the coordination and implementation of strategic platform strategies; performs research and analysis to support those strategies.

Qualifications

Req. Bacholers Degree in Business Administration or Marketing with one-year of progressive experience as a Marketing and Sales Analyst. Proficiency in Python, SQL, R and Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of Marketing Management, Invest Securities & Marketing, Marketing Communication. 9-5, 40 hr/wk.
