Rental and Marketing Assistant

Overview

Location: Spartanburg and surrounding area (to include Greenville and Union).

Are you a hands-on, detail-oriented, and creative person looking for a role that mixes marketing with real-world rental operations? We are seeking a Rental & Marketing Assistant to support a growing furnished rental business and assist with social media and marketing tasks for a real estate brand. This is a unique opportunity to blend behind-the-scenes coordination with digital content creationand no two days will look the same!

What You'll Be Doing

• Rental Operations: Perform final walk-throughs after cleanings to ensure guest readiness; meet and coordinate with contractors and vendors; help stage and prep properties for photo shoots; create compelling rental listings for Airbnb, Furnished Finder, etc.; occasionally pick up furniture or supplies (must have reliable transportation); maintain high standards for guest experience and property presentation.
• Marketing & Social Media: Assist with real estate and rental content (Instagram Reels, posts, stories); manage and schedule posts on social media platforms; support email marketing, branding, and promotional campaigns; capture or coordinate visual content for listings and social.

• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in real estate, hospitality, short-term rentals, or property management
• Basic staging, photography, or design skills

Schedule & Compensation

• 3540 hours/week (flexible, with some weekend or evening availability as needed)
• $2,500/month with 10 paid flex days
• Great potential for long-term growth and advancement in compensation and leadership
