Overview
A client of TEKsystems is seeking a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in Adobe Target, heavier on the executing side, with content management experience. This role is a coach/guide to help them use Adobe Target more effectively and also execute campaigns in Adobe Target.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to maximize use of Adobe Target and execute campaigns within the platform.
- Demonstrate Digital Content Expertise across content management platforms such as SDL Tridion, WordPress, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Apply Adobe Target mastery, including multi-variant testing and targeted offer builds.
- Read and interpret HTML and CSS to support content customization and troubleshooting.
- Apply strong accessibility knowledge (WCAG) and conduct accessibility testing.
- Leverage Adobe Suite tools including Real-Time CDP (RTCDP), AEM, Target, and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Adobe Target with emphasis on execution; content management experience is required.
- Experience executing digital content across SDL Tridion, WordPress, and AEM.
- Deep proficiency in Adobe Target or similar testing/personalization platforms.
- Ability to read and interpret HTML and CSS for content customization.
- Strong understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and accessibility testing experience.
- Familiarity with Adobe tools including RTCDP, AEM, Target, and CJA.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $68.76 - $68.76/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
