Summary
We're seeking a dynamic Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage multiple social media accounts for entertainment productions. This client-facing role involves strategy development, campaign execution, content creation, and performance analysis across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Client Proposals & Strategy:

1. Plan and execute social media campaigns

Content Management:

1. Develop and publish content across platforms (Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
2. Manage multiple production websites concurrently
3. Engage with users and respond to social media inquiries

Analysis & Reporting:

1. Collect and analyze social media performance data
2. Conduct competitive analysis and industry research
3. Develop and present reports to clients
4. Work with team members to align strategies with company goals
5. Maintain professionalism in all interactions
6. Stay updated on industry trends and developments

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
2. 1-2 years of Social Media Marketing experience
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
4. Familiarity with social media trends and current entertainment
5. Active user of social media platforms (both personally and professionally)
6. Interest in and knowledge of Japanese Anime/Manga
7. Proficiency in Office, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet

Preferred Qualifications

1. Entertainment industry experience
2. Social Media advertising experience
3. Japanese language skills (speaking and reading)
