B2B Marketing Director
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Marketing Director to lead our marketing strategy, execution, and performance across business-to-business channels. This role requires a strong balance of strategic vision, hands-on execution, and team leadership to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with proven success in building and scaling B2B marketing programs that align with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the overall B2B marketing strategy, aligning campaigns and initiatives with business goals.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure marketing initiatives support the full revenue funnel.
- Drive pipeline growth through integrated campaigns including digital advertising, B2B lead marketing, and events.
- Oversee B2B lead nurturing programs and conversion strategies to grow and improve conversion strategies.
- Craft B2B2C marketing collateral to support broker partners in driving new business.
- Implement marketing automation and data analytics to optimize campaign performance.
- Manage digital channels including website, email, and social media (LinkedIn) to maximize reach and engagement.
- Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance across campaigns and continuously optimize based on insights.
- Stay ahead of emerging B2B marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Lead a team of one.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience.
- Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue growth through marketing programs.
- Strong experience in demand generation, email and digital marketing strategy and execution.
- Proficiency in CRM marketing automation platforms, preferably HubSpot.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience in mortgage industry or financial services preferred.
