Position Overview

Classic Granite and Marble is seeking a Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in content creation and social media management, paired with the ability to develop and execute strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.

The position blends on-site content creation with strategic campaign management. Most weeks, you'll spend about three days in the field visiting client homes, project sites, and company events to capture photo and video content. The remaining two days are office-based, focused on editing, campaign planning, reporting, and supporting marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to grow reach, engagement, and leads.
  • Capture high-quality photo and video content at client homes, job sites, and company events.
  • Plan and maintain a social media content calendar across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Edit and produce polished digital content tailored to each platform.
  • Monitor analytics, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to maintain active community engagement.
  • Research and stay up to date on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on broader campaigns, events, and promotions.
  • Maintain strong, professional communication with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Support email campaigns, website updates, and other marketing initiatives as needed.
  • Assist in coordination of events, tradeshows, sponsorships, and community partnerships.
  • Additional duties and tasks as requested.
Qualifications
  • 24 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or digital content creation.
  • Proficiency in photography/videography and editing software (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar).
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
  • Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for travel to client sites.
Anticipated Work Schedule
  • 3 days/week: Travel to homes, project sites, and events for content capture.
  • 2 days/week: Office-based editing, campaign planning, and administrative support.
  • Occasional evenings or weekends for events may be required.
