Pet Supplies Plus is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. Reporting to the

Senior Integrated Marketing Manager ,this role is a unique opportunity to lead the

holistic grooming services marketing strategy

across both

Pet Supplies Plus

(PSP) and

Wag N' Wash (WNW)

brands. This position also owns the

brand strategy and planning

for Wag N' Wash. You'll work closely with operations, analytics, and channel leads to drive service growth, elevate brand presence, and ensure seamless execution across all customer touchpoints.

Responsibilities/Qualifications

The

Marketing Manager

key responsibilities include:

Holistic Services Strategy (PSP + WNW) Lead the end-to-end marketing strategy for grooming, self-wash, and appointment-based services across both brands Partner with operations to align SOPs, booking flows (e.g., MyTime), and store-level execution Develop segmentation logic and campaign frameworks based on service availability and booking trends Manage monthly business calls and reporting to track performance and identify growth opportunities Wag N' Wash Brand Strategy & Planning

Own the brand roadmap for Wag N' Wash, including positioning, messaging, and seasonal planning Collaborate with creative, PR, and merchandising teams to bring the brand to life across campaigns, signage, and in-store experiences. Lead quarterly planning and campaign development to support grand openings, loyalty, and service promotions Channel Strategy & Collaboration

Work with channel leads to execute integrated campaigns across direct mail, paid/organic social, NRM, and digital platforms Coordinate monthly sign kits and brand center updates to support service and brand initiative Analyze performance by channel and store segment to optimize spend and improve ROI.

candidates will have:

Bachelor's degree in business / marketing 5+ years in marketing, preferably in retail, franchise, or service-based environments. Strong analytical skills and experience with segmentation, offer testing, and campaign reporting. Proven ability to lead brand strategy and collaborate cross-functionally with operations, creative, and analytics. Experience with loyalty programs, service marketing, and omnichannel execution.
