In partnership with Thurgood Marshall College Fund, Nationwide presents a fantastic opportunity for an Immersion Program that will focus on Marketing, Financial Services, Accounting, and Technology students seeking an internship for the Summer of 2026.

Responsibilities
WHAT'S THE MARKETING LEADERSHIP INTERN PROGRAM?
Nationwide's Marketing Leadership Intern Program (MLIP) gives you a preview of our Marketing Leadership Rotation functions within marketing including advertising, brand management, insight and analytics, communications, strategy and innovation. As an intern, you'll receive high-impact, high-profile assignments and be regarded as a full-time associate.
You'll also receive access to many of the elements that make the intern program an outstanding opportunity, including the following: Marketing assignments: Assignments will provide opportunities to gain a deep understanding of marketing as well as the customers, products, business models, strategies and people at Nationwide. Developmental training: Training is provided from day one and reinforced throughout the duration of the program. Coaching and feedback: You will receive coaching and feedback at the end of each assignment. Professional and social networking: You will have unparalleled access to key leaders at Nationwide and networking opportunities across the organization.
Students accepting offers receive a
$2,500 signing bonus.
Upon completion of internship program, Interns will receive a
$2,500 scholarship.
This internship requires twelve weeks in office at the Corporate Headquarters in Columbus, OH.
Candidates must not have committed to any other internship or employment opportunities for Summer 2026. In addition, candidates will be required to attend an Immersion Experience in Spring 2026 in Columbus Ohio to prepare for this opportunity.
Qualifications
We're looking for students who can show they have what it takes to become a future marketing leader at Nationwide.
Nationwide will be looking for students Majoring in:
Marketing Finance Accounting Technology Business Analytics Business Business Information Technologies Or Related Majors
Must be a current Sophomore (Rising Junior) graduating in May2027 Must attend a Thurgood Marshall College Fund member school Must submit a TMCF Formatted Resume Must be available to travel and fully engage in the Nationwide Immersion Program during the aforementioned dates.
