About the Opportunity We’re seeking a Director of Social Media to shape and amplify the voice of a dynamic, nationally recognized restaurant portfolio across digital platforms. This is a pivotal leadership role for a seasoned content strategist and community architect who thrives at the intersection of creativity, analytics, and brand building. As the digital face of our hospitality experiences, you will lead social storytelling, grow meaningful audience relationships, and elevate our presence in a competitive lifestyle and F&B landscape. You’ll partner closely with culinary innovators, design teams, and guest experience leaders to craft a compelling narrative that resonates locally and nationally. This role is based in Dallas, TX, and requires relocation to join our in-person leadership team at the heart of our operations. Core Responsibilities

Strategic Brand Storytelling Build and evolve a bold, unified content strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) tailored to each concept’s identity Develop and oversee the social editorial calendar, balancing brand consistency with trend responsiveness Creative Direction and Content Production Lead ideation, production, and publishing of multimedia content (photo, video, Reels, etc.) that drives engagement and brand affinity Collaborate with internal teams and external creators to capture the essence of each restaurant’s guest experience Community and Influencer Engagement Cultivate vibrant digital communities by fostering real-time dialogue with guests, creators, and brand loyalists Design and manage influencer partnerships that align with our ethos and deliver measurable value Campaign Leadership and Performance Insight Develop integrated campaigns for openings, seasonal launches, activations, and experiential moments Set KPIs, track performance, and leverage analytics to optimize content, inform strategy, and grow platform impact Trendwatching and Innovation Stay ahead of social trends, platform shifts, and cultural moments that offer real-time brand engagement opportunities Monitor the competitive landscape and deliver insight-driven recommendations that keep us at the forefront of the hospitality conversation Requirements

Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred in Marketing, Communications, or related field 5–8 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or brand communications, with proven leadership in multi-unit hospitality or lifestyle brands Experience managing multiple brand accounts across diverse concepts and audiences Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong creative eye with a portfolio showcasing compelling campaigns in hospitality, fashion, or consumer lifestyle Deep expertise in content creation, paid and organic strategy, community management, and platform nuances Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, in-person work environment (Monday–Friday, with flexibility for evenings/weekends as needed) Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits available Generous Paid Time Off Rapid career development and growth opportunities Exclusive dining privileges across all concepts in our portfolio Opportunity to shape a nationally admired digital presence Are you interested in this opportunity?
