RideNow Powersports Dallas , is seeking outgoing, friendly individuals to join our Service Team!

Responsibilities Schedule appointments for repair, maintenance, recall work Greet customers, inspect their powersports vehicles, and answer questions Document problems with Motorcycles, ATVs, Side-by-Sides, and Personal Watercraft and clearly describe them on the Repair Order Notify the Service Manager of additional work needed or any delays in expected completion as soon as they become known, so the customer can be immediately notified Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and cost Offer additional services and products, including special promotions Review Repair Orders in progress to ensure quality and timeliness Follow the status of a customer's powersports vehicle from service bay entry through the completion of work Communicate any changes in timeline, repairs, or cost to the customer Upon completion of work, review the work order with the customer Maintain current technical qualifications by completing all training programs assigned by the Service Manager Other duties as assigned Requirements:

1+ years of Powersports or Automotive Dealership experience Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills Ability to sell service and thrive on a performance based commission pay plan A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance Pleasant, energetic, conscientious, and dependable personality Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Clean driving record Motorcycle Endorsement desired Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.
