The Lifecycle Marketing team is searching for a Manager of Growth Marketing, focused on Lifecycle Strategies to enhance and refine our impactful lifecycle marketing program. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting personalized, data-driven user journeys that will stimulate user activation, heighten engagement, and enhance monetization across both self-serve and sales-assisted frameworks. You will work closely with teams in Marketing Ops, Product, Data Science, Product Marketing, and Creative divisions to ensure our lifecycle strategies are cohesive, scalable, and optimized for maximal results. This is a unique opportunity to influence and execute lifecycle marketing during a crucial growth period for Figma.
Your responsibilities at Figma will include:
Overseeing the complete strategy and implementation of major lifecycle marketing initiatives, effectively segmenting user journeys to achieve the best business outcomes.
Establishing and managing a comprehensive experimentation agenda, using data and insights to continually enhance campaigns and user experiences.
Defining, measuring, and reporting on lifecycle marketing KPIs to demonstrate clear influences on customer activation, retention, engagement, and annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth.
Leading cross-functional synchronicity, collaborating proactively with other teams to ensure campaigns are strategically aligned and executed flawlessly.
Identifying avenues for innovation, personalization, and efficiency gains that enable us to scale lifecycle marketing efforts sustainably.
Regularly sharing results, insights, and strategic suggestions with marketing leadership and stakeholders across the organization.
We would love to hear from you if you have:
More than 6 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, preferably within SaaS or product-led growth environments.
A proven history of independently crafting and implementing lifecycle marketing strategies that meaningfully advance user growth and business objectives.
Advanced skills with marketing automation tools (such as Customer.io, Iterable, Marketo), including experience with sophisticated segmentation and personalization techniques.
Strong analytical capabilities, with practical experience in A/B testing, incrementality testing, and data-driven enhancements.
Familiarity with user data platforms and analytical tools for in-depth segmentation and metrics analysis.
Excellent project management abilities, showcasing effective prioritization, management of collaborations, and prompt execution.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, adept at presenting complex strategies and findings clearly and persuasively to stakeholders.
It would be a bonus if you also have:
Experience with lifecycle marketing programs in both self-serve and sales-assisted environments.
Experience working with globally distributed teams to implement localized campaigns.

Compensation Transparency:
If you are based in our San Francisco or New York offices, the following annual salary range applies:
Annual Base Salary Range (SF/NY Hub): $122,000 - $238,000 USD
Your job level and exact compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including individual qualifications, market demands, and specific location. The range provided is a guideline and may be adjusted. For remote positions, the pay range is localized according to the employee’s work location.
