Global Marketing Strategist Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Global Marketing Strategist to lead the marketing strategy development and campaign execution for Citrix. This role requires a marketing professional adept at creating go-to-market strategies and global marketing plans that leverage both digital and field marketing tactics to enhance market share and visibility while generating a robust pipeline aligned with our organizational goals. As an effective communicator, you will collaborate with global teams and cultivate strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. What You’ll Be Doing: Develop, plan, and execute impactful global marketing strategies and experiences targeting partners and end customers, utilizing modern marketing capabilities. Manage the full marketing mix to recruit, empower, and expand our IT partner network while generating new business through global demand generation initiatives aimed at end customers. Collaborate with global and regional marketing teams to ensure synergy and a cooperative approach across projects. Track global campaign KPIs and results, communicating regularly with global stakeholders to share insights and outcomes. Leverage advanced knowledge of Citrix's go-to-market strategies, product messaging, and target personas to create high-impact marketing campaigns that deliver sales-ready leads. Oversee the global marketing budget for Citrix, ensuring ROI on marketing initiatives through effective execution and the Arrow ECS Performance Marketing Team. Analyze campaign effectiveness and metrics, including MQLs, Pipeline Value, and Estimated Revenue, while proposing innovative ideas to enhance campaign impact and drive growth. Manage regional marketing campaign budget requests, ensuring alignment with global frameworks and marketing plans. What We Are Looking For: Requirements: 5 to 7 years of global marketing experience. A minimum of 3 years in strategic marketing plan development. Experience in the IT sector is essential. Proficiency in creating demand generation programs for multi-persona buying groups. Expertise in developing multi-tactic campaigns for execution across multiple regions, including digital marketing, field marketing, and Account Based Marketing strategies. Experience in formulating marketing plans targeting channel ecosystem partners. Qualities: A strong team player with exceptional interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and stakeholders. Skills: Excellent writing, presentation, and communication abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Work Arrangement: This is a fully remote position. However, candidates must be willing to travel to an Arrow office location when requested by leadership. What’s In It For You?
