In this critical role, you will take charge of crafting thought-leadership content and developing a comprehensive full-funnel B2B demand generation strategy. You will also oversee campaign planning with an emphasis on customer acquisition cost (CAC) and return on investment (ROI). This position requires a hands-on leader who can seamlessly blend strategic vision with the execution of impactful marketing initiatives. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and guiding a talented marketing team, nurturing a culture centered on experimentation and continuous learning, and ensuring effective lead handoff to the sales department. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential, as is keeping up with market trends and new marketing technologies. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, including at least 5 years focused on B2B demand generation, with a proven track record of driving pipeline and annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth. Candidates should possess expertise in demand-generation channels, proficiency with CRM and automation tools, and a strong data-driven mindset. Exceptional communication skills, experience in managing and developing marketing teams, and knowledge of staffing, outsourcing, or professional services are key to success in this role.
