Join TiER1 Performance as a Marketing Intern!
Are you a motivated college student passionate about internal marketing? We're looking for a full-time Marketing Intern who is eager to learn and contribute to our team. Here’s what we need from you:
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely.
An incoming senior or advanced degree college student pursuing a related field by the start of the internship.
Exceptional communication skills with a knack for articulating ideas clearly, especially in writing.
Able to commit to a 10-week+, 40-hour-a-week paid internship at our offices in Cincinnati, Indianapolis, or Pittsburgh within the next 12 months.
Submission of a completed application including your resume, work samples, and an ideal internship statement.
Key Responsibilities:
Brainstorm innovative marketing solutions for projects.
Conduct research to identify the best strategies for project needs.
Create compelling marketing materials tailored to our target audiences.
Assist with social media and digital marketing efforts.
Support data accuracy initiatives and conduct research for inbound leads and campaigns.
Review and edit marketing materials to ensure high-quality output.

Qualifications:
Pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, writing, or a related discipline.
Strong communication prowess with a focus on writing.
Understanding key principles of effective marketing design.
Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite.
Application Timeline:
Internships are available in the fall, spring, and summer. We review applications and conduct interviews in October, February, and June. Expect to be notified about next steps a few weeks after submitting your application.
Location:
This internship can be based in Cincinnati, OH. We have a flexible work environment that encourages a mix of in-person and virtual collaboration, with over 50% of work time spent in our office or at client sites.
