Are you an experienced SEM professional with a passion for driving results in the fast-paced world of digital marketing? We are seeking a dynamic Paid Search Marketing Manager to lead our SEM strategy and execution for B2C/DTC digital consumer brands.
4+ years of experience:
Proven expertise in developing and implementing SEM strategies, specifically for e-commerce/e-retailers and online consumer marketplaces. Budget Management:
Demonstrated success in scaling SEM channels, managing budgets from approximately $3M to over $10M, or $5M to $20M while handling large product catalogs with 500+ SKUs. Platform Expertise:
Extensive experience executing Product Listing Ads (PLA) campaigns on platforms such as Google and Bing. Proficient in GA, Search Console, Merchant Center, Keyword Planner, and feed management tools like Feedonomics. Strong understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO), coupled with solid copywriting skills. Detail-Oriented & Collaborative:

NYC or Charlotte is preferred, but we are open to remote candidates. Compensation:
Offering a competitive base salary of $125k-$145k, plus a 10% bonus.
