This role is hybrid, requiring three days per week onsite in our Needham, MA headquarters.
As a Product Marketing Manager at Advisor360°, you will craft and deliver compelling messaging that connects our platform's capabilities to the executive and advisor audience in wealth management. Your work will support both client acquisition and retention, aligning assets, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies with business objectives and market needs .
Here's What You'll Do:
As a member of the Product Marketing team, you will focus on Advisor360°'s AI solutions. Position our AI solutions for growth: Develop compelling messaging and positioning for Advisor360°'s AI-driven product line, differentiating it in the fintech and wealthtech market. Own the narrative for our AI innovation: Craft go-to-market stories that highlight how our AI capabilities transform advisor workflows and client engagement. Drive AI product positioning: Establish a clear, competitive identity for our AI technology within the wealthtech ecosystem, elevating Advisor360°'s reputation as a leader in applied AI. Know our customer and market inside-out: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to inform product positioning, pricing, and roadmap priorities. Drive go-to-market strategy: Partner with Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success to plan, launch, and promote new features, product updates, and strategic initiatives. Create impactful sales enablement tools: Build product collateral, presentations, playbooks, and case studies to equip our go-to-market teams with the resources they need to drive adoption and revenue. Champion the customer voice: Represent the perspective of our clients and prospects internally, influencing product direction and marketing campaigns. Measure and optimize: Track the performance of product marketing initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement in engagement, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact. What You Bring to the Table:
4-6 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in fintech, wealthtech, or financial services technology. Proven ability to develop clear, differentiated messaging and positioning for emerging technologies such as AI/ML-driven solutions. Experience collaborating with product, sales, and marketing teams on go-to-market plans for new or early-stage products. Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex technical capabilities-especially AI-powered features-into clear customer value. Analytical mindset with experience using data to measure and improve campaign performance. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $152,500-$172,000.
