Job Description:
This Organization Activation team is focused on designing organizations that enable teams to work together effectively and efficiently across our globalized business model. Participate directly in organizational effectiveness and talent selection activities across the globe; partner with Organizational Design to implement confirmed designs; help manage frameworks for assessing key organizational metrics; prepare analysis and information regarding personnel impacts. Participate in organization design projects, assisting in the development of organizational capabilities, operating models, and structures needed to support the execution of the business strategy. Participate and lead talent selection activities. Partner with team leaders and the Organizational Design team to review current organizational structures and measures; build plans to support necessary changes. Assist in planning and activation for any talent notification milestones, closely aligning to all People teams across markets. Prepare presentations and other communications materials for an executive audience. Support senior leaders in organizational changes, providing process support and tools to facilitate offboarding and role transition of identified employees Assist Managers with project planning. Track status and deliverables on assigned projects. Leverage centralized tools and resources used on organization design projects and provide feedback on areas that should be updated based on lessons learned. Stay up-to-date and informed on trends and innovations in organization effectiveness. Propose new designs, tools, and methods which position the function for growth in Transition Coordination. Escalation management: inform HM of issues as they arise. Risk management: identify, raise, and solve program risks. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree in organizational development/design, leadership or related field strongly preferred. Minimum 3 years' experience. Proven experience in organizational development, leadership, or people development roles. HR Supervisor experience a plus. Previous experience in a large consultancy (strategy, organization, or human capital practices) a plus. Experience operating in large, multi-national corporations in a highly matrixed, sophisticated structure; retail experience a plus. Experience working across many countries and cultures. Exposure to the needs and challenges of global leaders. Technical knowledge in areas of organization design, talent management, compensation, change management, and HR processes. Reinforces the need for HR Supervisor/functional expertise Ability to identify organizational design challenges and propose solutions. Ability to design and/or facilitate workshops among senior leaders (group size 3-5+ or more) Ability to write well and communicate effectively across all layers of the organization, including C-level leaders. Above average interpersonal, facilitation, communication and collaborating skills. High emotional intelligence and political awareness. High energy with a strong work ethic and eye for business. Must be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment. Open to learning new systems and processes. Strong project management skills, including a proven history of leading large, complex projects using standard project management practices and tools. Comfortable engaging partners throughout a project lifecycle. Understanding of organizational finance, specifically workforce costing, annual budgeting, and planning processes a plus. Experienced and comfortable handing large amounts of critical data. Skilled in working with data via Excel or other systems. Has an analytical mentality. Experience working with numbers and reporting. Experience designing and preparing data for presentation. Proficiency in HR Systems like MS Suite, etc. Experience with SuccessFactors is needed

Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
