Our media and tech client in El Segundo is in search of a proactive individual to support the Product Marketing team in the creation and management of promotional materials for B2B customers. This is a temporary/contract role and is on-site in El Segundo, CA. This role will focus on developing and updating assets across print, digital, mobile and direct marketing channels to effectively communicate product value to small and medium-sized businesses.

Responsibilities: Collaborate with creative and sales teams to develop and update customer-facing marketing materials for B2B products Manage project timelines, workflows and ensure deliverables meet objectives Support ad-hoc collateral requests and organize research data for future use Upload and maintain electronic files in internal storage systems Work with advertisers on direct mail campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate execution

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of experience coordinating product marketing projects Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience using project management tools (e.g., Workfront) and Adobe Creative Suite Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Additional Responsibilities:
