Position Summary:

As the Marketing & Listings Coordinator at Brohn Homes, your top priority will be ensuring our home listings across the MLS, website, and digital platforms are accurate, timely, and visually compelling. You'll also take ownership of updating print collateral to ensure the sales team has the most current and professional tools at their fingertips. Together, these efforts make you a key partner in helping every available home get marketed effectively from day one. You'll also have opportunities to support photography, social media, events, and broader marketing efforts, giving you hands-on experience in a wide range of marketing functions. Duties / Responsibilities: MLS Listing & Home Availability Management Own the MLS listing and Brohn website home availability process, including: Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Construction, and Operations to ensure home availability is accurately reflected across platforms Uploading and updating home listings, pricing, and statuses Removing listings once homes are sold Ensuring listing descriptions and photos are current and professional Keep internal listing trackers and marketing folders up to date for easy access
Photography & Field Content Maintain an organized photo library for use across MLS, digital platforms, and social media Regularly visit Brohn Homes communities to: Capture interior/exterior photos of homes Photograph amenities, signage, lifestyle moments, and model setups
Sales Team Support Serve a point of contact for the sales team for all marketing materials, including fliers, and inventory sheets. Ensure fliers and inventory updates are distributed timely and accurately Proactively follow up with the sales team on listing needs and community updates Track marketing needs by community to ensure consistency and brand alignment
Social Media & Content Gathering Manage the Google Business Profiles and track online reviews Assist in gathering photos and videos to fuel Brohn's social channels Provide backup support for social media scheduling and post creation Participate in training to grow skills in content development
Marketing Admin & Logistics Coordinate signage and material requests across communities Support campaign logistics, event prep, and vendor coordination Help track invoices and organize internal digital asset folders
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; coursework in marketing, communications, or real estate preferred 0-2 years of relevant experience (marketing, real estate, admin, or listing coordination) Strong organization, communication, and follow-through skills Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks across different teams Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook) Basic photography skills using a phone or camera Comfortable driving to communities and working independently Experience with MLS platforms, Canva, or CRM systems is a plus Team player who can collaborate across departments and remain solutions-focused Standard office equipment usage; must be comfortable driving and lifting up to 25 lbs. occasionally Hybrid role between office and fieldwork, with frequent community visits

This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment: This job primarily operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to use hands, handle or feel. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must also occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision and color vision.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time, exempt position. Under the Regulations, Part 541, an exempt employee is one who is not entitled to the minimum wage or overtime pay protections of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. This position may work outside of normal business hours to include evenings and weekends as needed.
Travel:
Frequent travel to Brohn Homes communities across Central Texas. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided).
