Opportunity We seek a strategic, data-driven CRM & Marketing Automation Manager to develop, implement, and optimize our CRM and marketing automation systems. This role will enhance lead generation, customer engagement, and retention by aligning marketing strategies with our mission through personalized, data-driven campaigns. The ideal candidate will ensure marketing efforts are efficiently executed, measurable, and aligned with the company's goals, supporting our purpose of delivering transformational events and educational content. Responsibilities: Design and implement lifecycle marketing programs, optimizing communication strategies to improve the customer journey. Oversee email campaign execution, including planning, targeting, deployment, monitoring, and analysis. Act as the subject matter expert on the customer journey, ensuring cohesive communication across channels. Develop and execute CRM strategies to acquire, retain, and engage customers, providing necessary tools for success. Enhance email marketing within the omnichannel strategy, ensuring alignment across touchpoints. Lead CRM integrations with marketing automation, analytics, sales enablement, and event platforms. Collaborate with IT and development teams for seamless CRM integrations, data synchronization, and system enhancements. Implement lead distribution strategies and optimize sales content to align sales and marketing efforts. Lead lead-generation initiatives, including webinars and campaigns, aligned with company growth goals. Serve as the primary contact and expert on marketing automation tools. Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and innovation, and evaluating performance against KPIs. Monitor key metrics to assess effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization. Analyze audience behavior to improve targeting, segmentation, and user experience. Develop and oversee automated, personalized email marketing strategies to maximize engagement and conversion, refining based on performance metrics. Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in CRM management, marketing automation, and campaign execution. Hands-on expertise with CRM systems like Salesforce and HubSpot, and marketing automation platforms. Strong knowledge of email marketing, lead nurturing, segmentation, and CRM integrations. Proficiency in managing data flow and API connections between platforms. Exceptional project management skills, capable of handling multiple campaigns and meeting deadlines. Advanced analytical skills to interpret data and optimize marketing performance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, self-motivated, and passionate about leveraging technology for customer engagement. Creative, strategic problem-solver with an innovative mindset.
