to join our
Healthcare team
in Modesto. This role is ideal for candidates with a few years of architectural design experience who are ready to deepen their expertise in healthcare design, contribute to meaningful projects, and work alongside a team that values mentorship, technical excellence, and professional growth. Note:
Candidates will be considered for the
Design Professional I, II, or Senior
level based on qualifications and experience. What youll do
As a Design Professional at TETER, you'll support the design and technical delivery of
healthcare building projects , ensuring high-quality outcomes that meet client needs and regulatory standards. You will: Develop architectural drawings and models using
Revit and BIM . Assist with healthcare-specific documentation, specifications, and project coordination. Participate in field verification and data collection for healthcare facilities. Collaborate with architects, project managers, consultants, and engineers to ensure code compliance and technical accuracy. Take ownership of assigned work and contribute proactively to project success. What you bring
Placement will be based on
overall professional architectural design experience : Design Professional I : 01 year in a professional design firm Design Professional II : 23 years in a professional design firm, actively enrolled in AXP toward licensure Senior Design Professional : 45 years in a professional design firm, actively pursuing California Architect licensure (AXP hours and exams in progress) Additional Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction, or a related field (required). Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office. Familiarity with construction documents and architectural principles. Strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset. Desire to pursue California Architect licensure. Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range:
