The Role Frank & Eileen is seeking a Global Paid Digital Marketing Manager to join our highly collaborative, nimble and entrepreneurial team. In partnership with internal teams and partner agencies, this role will be an integral part of driving the global expansion, overall growth, and success of our business. This position will collaborate with cross-functional teams and is responsible for managing all paid digital channels including, but not limited to, Meta, Google, YouTube, and Rakuten. The manager will understand company goals and adjust digital strategies accordingly to drive growth across all markets. We seek a candidate with strong retail/ecommerce experience, strategic thinking, implementation skills, and measurement expertise.

Responsibilities

Manage paid digital marketing across various channels, including paid search, paid social, CTV, and affiliate marketing for the US and international markets.

Drive revenue and customer growth by identifying, acquiring, and retaining high-quality customers using best practices.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new channels and markets, develop plans, and optimize campaigns through testing and measurement.

Provide performance analysis, reporting, and insights to inform future strategies.

Report on channel and market performance, trends, and opportunities.

Develop and manage an annual paid digital marketing budget to ensure performance and ROAS.

Oversee external agencies with support from the Digital Marketing Coordinator, ensuring clear priorities, data validation, and goal achievement.

Mentor and develop the Digital Marketing Coordinator.

Stay updated on industry trends, ad formats, and emerging technologies to incorporate into strategies.

Handle ad hoc projects as needed.

Who You Are

4+ years of ecommerce experience, with direct paid media management in global markets.

Strong understanding of paid digital marketing best practices by channel and market.

Strategic, entrepreneurial, data-driven, with a growth mindset.

Passionate about Frank & Eileen, fashion, and our mission.

Experience in fashion/luxury is a plus.

Attention to detail, deadlines, and accuracy.

Self-starter, proactive, and improvement-oriented.

Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and Slides for data analysis and communication.

Adaptable to dynamic environments.

Nimble multitasker capable of meeting deadlines.

Analytical problem solver with an inquisitive mind.

Excellent communicator and collaborator.

Company-first attitude, prioritizing team and company success.

Compensation Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000

This position is hybrid with flexible scheduling.
