Recruitment Information: The immediate vacancy is located at the Pahala Public & School Library. The starting monthly salary is at the minimum rate of pay advertised above. Duties Summary: Perform moderately complex clerical and related library support work; and perform other related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualification Requirements: To qualify, you must meet all of the following requirements: Legal Authorization to Work: The State of Hawaii requires all persons seeking employment with the government of the State shall be citizens, nationals, or permanent resident aliens of the United States, or eligible under federal law for unrestricted employment in the United States. General Experience: One (1) year of clerical work experience which demonstrated knowledge of spelling, arithmetic, the ability to read, understand and follow oral and written instructions, and compare words and numbers quickly and accurately. The General Experience must also demonstrate knowledge of and ability to perform various clerical procedures, operate various kinds of office equipment, and deal with others in a tactful and polite manner.
