The Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) team is part of the Experience, Marketing Strategy, Operations, and Channel (EMSOC) organization within VBG. The role will lead integrated marketing programs across Global Enterprise, Public Sector, and Cross-Segment Integrated plans across the Verizon Business Group, focusing on marketing strategy, process and plans relative to launches, campaigns, promotions and products. The role requires working with cross-functional teams such as the CMO, Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Device Marketing, and Field Marketing. You will own internal communication of campaign progress to all stakeholders, lead agency briefings, run marketing kickoffs, and ensure flawless execution. You will report to an Associate Director within the IMC team. The IMC Senior Manager will lead our marketing plans for new device launches in collaboration with VBG Device Marketing. This may include devices such as smartphones, tablets, connected laptops, and accessories. You will work with internal stakeholders and negotiate with OEM partners. You will lead the planning, management, execution and reporting on multi-channel campaigns that increase brand awareness, drive demand and provide customer insight. You will have the authority and independence to identify, manage and complete requirements, communication opportunities and risks to ensure on-time program delivery. Responsibilities will include: Collaborating with cross-functional marketing team leads to define campaign objectives and establish baseline briefs. Partnering with internal teams (creative, media, research, insights, competitive intelligence, go to market, PR, AR, events, Legal) to refine campaign needs and finalize briefing needs. Authoring and owning strategic briefs for multiple products and lines of business, targeting multiple audiencesfrom working teams to executive level overviews. Ensuring all projects are aligned with the established strategy and that teams have the information they need to deliver work on strategy and on deadline. Serving as the marketing point of contact with OEM device partners. Managing timelines and maintaining awareness of the status of all deliverables. Developing a deep understanding of emerging business trends, technologies, business intelligence and competitive threats; partnering with the Insights team to fill knowledge gaps. Youll need to have: Bachelors degree or four or more years of work experience. Six or more years of relevant experience (work, military, or specialized training). Marketing experience. Experience with marketing research, research strategy, or consumer research methodologies. Experience juggling multiple priorities and projects to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Experience translating market knowledge and strategy into compelling stories and tools for the sales team. Experience creating and presenting executive level communications. Experience working cross-functionally with various stakeholders. Experience presenting to Sr Director level and above. Even better if you have: Masters degree (MBA preferred). Integrated marketing experience. Agency or consultant experience. B2B marketing experience. Telecommunications, technology, or device industry experience. Experience marketing technology-based devices. Project management skillset. Digital experience and understanding of trends and key business drivers. Ability to work well with large and varied teams and strong communication skills.
