We’re looking for a motivated and organized Event Marketing Associate to join our growing team! In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting live events, community outreach efforts, and promotional campaigns. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to gain hands-on experience in event coordination, marketing, or nonprofit outreach. No prior experience required—just a great attitude, willingness to learn, and strong communication skills. Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, setup, and execution of live events, community campaigns, and promotional activities Help coordinate event logistics including supplies, signage, and on-site materials Greet and engage with attendees in a friendly and professional manner Provide support to event team members and help ensure smooth operations Distribute informational materials and answer general questions about the organization or campaign Assist with event takedown and post-event cleanup Help track attendance, engagement, and feedback for future improvement Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable interacting with the public Great organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude High school diploma or equivalent required Bonus: Experience in events, hospitality, customer service, or volunteer work What We Offer
