Manage and Executing Mentors4College’s social media strategy to increase awareness, engage audiences, and promote the organization’s mission. This role involves creating compelling content, maintaining a consistent online presence, and growing the organization’s social media following to attract mentees, mentors, and supporters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with organizational goals.

• Manage and maintain Mentors4College’s presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and others.

• Create engaging content, including posts, graphics, videos, and stories, to promote programs, events, and success stories.

• Schedule and monitor posts, ensuring consistent and timely communication across all platforms.

• Interact with followers, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.

• Analyze social media metrics to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

• Stay updated on social media trends and tools to enhance the organization’s online presence.

• Collaborate with mentee, mentor and fundraising coordinators to ensure cohesive messaging and campaigns.
