- Provide individualized music therapy sessions for patients and families
- Support emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being through music
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary hospice team
- MT-BC certification and a degree in Music Therapy
- 1-2 years of clinical experience (hospice experience a plus)
- Compassion, creativity, and empathy
