Beaches is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who combines creativity with strategy to drive campaigns that make an impact. This is an in-office role, and you will be part of our energetic Marketing Team.

What Youll Be Doing

• Meta Advertising (Primary Focus): Create, launch, and optimize high-performing campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), including Ads Manager and Business Suite management.
• Implement, monitor, and analyze Meta Pixel and Conversions API for accurate tracking and optimization.
• Manage budgets, bid strategies, audience targeting, retargeting, and creative testing to maximize ROI.
• Stay up to date on Meta advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, Pinterest, and other relevant digital platforms.
• Develop targeting strategies, monitor performance, and adjust campaigns to meet KPIs.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually engaging and platform-optimized assets.
• Assist with special digital marketing projects and campaigns as needed to stay flexible and seize opportunities.
• Support email and SMS campaigns, blog posts, SEO optimization, and digital content creation.

What Youll Bring

• 2+ years running digital campaigns (experience with Meta Ads preferred).
• Comfortable with Ads Manager, Business Suite, and related analytics.
• Attention to detail and a love for testing, analyzing, and improving campaigns.
• Good communication skills (marketing is a team effort).
• Curious, adaptable mindset with a willingness to try new approaches.
• Bonus points for WordPress, influencer collaborations, ManyChat, Canva, or Adobe.
• Schedule may occasionally require early mornings, evenings, or weekends (events).
