Base pay range

$64,350.00/yr - $66,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Managing MNRK social media accounts (MNRK Music, MNRK Heavy, Last Gang, Prosthetic) and strategy across Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, YouTube, Threads.
• Developing and executing strategies to increase growth and followers on MNRK social media accounts.
• Liaising with social media accounts to highlight priority projects and identify promotional opportunities for MNRK artists.
• Providing social media best practices and guidance to MNRK artists.
• Troubleshooting inquiries and tech issues with social media accounts for MNRK artists.
• Partnering with internal marketing team to provide ideas and concepts to build artist marketing plans.
• Creating and disseminating an internal social newsletter with best practices, tips, updates, trends, etc.
• Adapting to new social platforms as they arise.
• Supporting the VP & Director of Marketing, as needed.
• Managing partnerships with influencer marketing companies.
• Building direct audience platforms and community management.
• Leading efforts related to content creation, visual branding, and paid ads (Meta, TikTok Ads Manager).
• Analyzing and reporting on market trends and forecasts.
• Managing various ad hoc projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience
• Expertise with social media management platforms and content creation.
• Highly organized with the ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy of work.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with various teams.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work cooperatively with internal staff and external stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of music culture, artist branding, and platform-specific trends.
