Director Product Marketing (Wi-Fi / Bluetooth combo or Wi-Fi Microcontroller pro

Overview

We are currently seeking a talented Director Product Marketing who wants to join a dynamic and experienced team and take their technical knowledge to the next level in our mission of excellence.

Responsibilities

• 12+ years of experience in Wi-Fi / Bluetooth combo or Wi-Fi Microcontroller product marketing, applications, or engineering role
• Proven track record of defining and delivering successful products to market
• Strong understanding of IoT markets across consumer and industrial verticals, and wireless connectivity use cases
• Strong knowledge of embedded systems, including MCU, software, tools, and wireless connectivity technology (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 15.4, Thread, Matter, and others)
• Solid understanding of product marketing and product definition processes
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Ability to motivate and excite people and influence customers and internal stakeholders
• Self-driving, self-motivated, enthusiastic, dynamic, adaptable, organized with attention to detail
• Master\'s/Bachelor’s in Electrical or Computer Engineering, MBA preferred

Your Profile

• Develop and drive differentiated product definition and business plans with target markets, customers, applications, partners, and relevant go-to-market strategies for IoT Wi-Fi solutions
• Define and drive development of hardware/software/system solutions that are easy to use and leverage scalable ecosystems to support product development and growth with target customers of any size
• Translate customer needs into use case and technical requirements for R&D
• Create marketing content including competitive positioning, product updates, sales trainings, webinars, white papers, etc.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, and operations to guide product execution, priorities and delivery
• Work closely with global sales and regional marketing teams to engage customers and design in IoT solutions
• Periodic domestic and international travel required to our global sites and key customers in North America, Europe and Asia
