Overview
We are seeking an innovative and mission-driven Vice President of Marketing to lead strategic marketing initiatives, elevate brand presence, and drive measurable growth. This senior leadership role shapes the marketing vision across traditional and digital channels and embeds marketing across the customer lifecycle—from awareness to long-term retention. As a key member of the Growth leadership team, you will partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure marketing drives meaningful outcomes that impact business expansion and community engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives growth across traditional and digital channels.
- Define KPIs and performance standards to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
- Align marketing efforts with business priorities and expansion goals in collaboration with executive leadership.
- Embed marketing throughout the customer lifecycle, from awareness and engagement to long-term advocacy.
- Oversee brand strategy and creative direction to ensure message consistency and market resonance.
- Lead the performance marketing and analytics function, optimizing campaigns through data-driven decision-making.
- Mentor and guide marketing leaders and team members, fostering professional growth and cross-functional alignment.
- Manage events, field marketing initiatives, and localized campaigns to strengthen community trust and engagement.
- Ensure marketing ROI and lead attribution are demonstrated through dashboards and reporting frameworks.
- Drive demand generation and lead performance through multi-channel campaigns; foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and operational excellence within the marketing team.
- Partner with Outreach, Revenue Operations, and local market leaders to ensure marketing programs are timely and effective.
- Lead brand communications, public relations, and community engagement initiatives.
- Leverage analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics) to translate data into actionable insights.
- Manage multi-million-dollar budgets tied to performance outcomes and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver strategic presentations and recommendations to executive teams and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience with success in demand generation, brand building, and analytics-driven strategies.
- Proven ability to lead integrated marketing teams across traditional and digital channels in a multi-site or multi-market organization.
- Strong expertise in performance marketing, CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, BI platforms).
- Financial acumen with experience developing and managing multi-million-dollar budgets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills across diverse audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s or advanced certifications preferred).
- Preferred: Experience in healthcare services, senior care, home health, or other regulated industries; familiarity with government benefit programs or healthcare-related legislation.
- Compensation will include a base salary and bonus.
- Location: Utah, with remote option for the right candidate in the Western or Central time zones.
