Position Overview:
The Influencer Marketing Specialist plays a vital support role, aiding in the management and execution of both in-house and agency-led Influencer Marketing programs. As part of a dynamic team, you will be instrumental in achieving team objectives through influencer identification, creating materials and presentations, monitoring influencer activities, and collaborating on program logistics with both internal teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities: Research and Trends:
Dedicate 20% of your time to exploring new influencers and partners, providing insights and updates to your team and agency partners. Stay informed about current influencer channels, content, and best practices, and assist in educating both internal and external stakeholders on the growing Influencer Marketing landscape. Program Deployment:
Spend 40% of your time executing Influencer Marketing programs and campaigns. Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget. Offer creative ideas and strategies to enhance existing and develop new initiatives. Assist in drafting presentations, partner materials, and communications, working closely with your Manager and Project Manager. Collaboration:
Allocate 10% of your time to building effective relationships with influencer partners and collaborating with the Influencer Marketing team, Affiliate team, and broader Media Partnerships and Social Media teams. Campaign Management:
The final 30% of your role will involve managing campaign data and analytics. Utilize Influencer Marketing and Affiliate Marketing management tools to collect, compile, and analyze campaign performance data, generating reports and recommendations for optimization. Management Structure: This position reports to the Manager. No direct reports are associated with this role. Travel Requirements:
Less than 10% overnight travel may be required. Physical Requirements:
The role involves primarily sitting in a comfortable position, with occasional opportunities for movement. Some light lifting may be necessary on rare occasions. Work Environment:
This position is located in a comfortable indoor area, with infrequent exposure to unpleasant conditions. Minimum Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of relevant experience. A genuine passion for social media, influencers, and digital content. Strong grasp of marketing principles, social media ecosystems, and influencer and affiliate marketing strategies. Comprehensive understanding of online community dynamics and influencer marketing measurement technologies. Experience engaging with social influencers is advantageous. Familiarity with social media management tools and publishing software. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational abilities. An entrepreneurial spirit and a curious mindset. Knowledge of online marketing, advertising, and e-commerce trends. Minimum Education:
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field. Minimum Years of Work Experience:
