About The Role WeMod is seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to scale creator partnership programs and build a comprehensive UGC strategy. This role sits within the Growth team and will work closely with Performance Marketing, Product Marketing, Brand, and Organic Social to drive user acquisition and brand awareness through authentic creator content and user-generated assets. You will manage the full lifecycle of influencer campaigns—from creator discovery and partnership negotiations to content strategy and performance optimization. Additionally, you will build and scale our UGC programs to create a continuous stream of authentic gaming content for paid amplification and organic growth.

Influencer Marketing Strategy & Execution Scale our creator partnership program across gaming, tech, and adjacent verticals (productivity, fandom/commentary, educational content) Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns including outreach, negotiations, briefing, content review, and payment workflows Develop and execute structured testing across partnership models Build relationships with gaming creators, talent managers, and agencies to establish a robust creator pipeline Create comprehensive creator briefs that balance brand messaging with authentic creator voice and audience fit Clip Farming Strategy & Management
Collaborate with Performance Marketing to optimize assets for paid social campaigns and lifecycle marketing Build automated workflows to identify high performing creator content for paid amplification and scale clip farming with organic social Cross-Functional Growth Integration
Partner with Performance Marketing to provide high-converting creative assets and optimize campaign performance Work with Product Marketing to ensure creator content accurately represents product capabilities and use cases Collaborate with Brand team to maintain messaging consistency while allowing creator authenticity Support Organic Social with creator content repurposing and community engagement initiatives Provide Growth team with performance insights and recommendations for channel optimization Analytics & Optimization
Track and analyze influencer campaign performance across awareness, engagement, and conversion metrics Identify high-performing creator types, content formats, and messaging themes for scaling Optimize reporting dashboards for team’s visibility into influencer marketing ROI and pipeline health Use data insights to refine creator selection criteria and campaign optimization strategies What You Need
5+ years of influencer marketing experience, preferably in gaming, tech, or consumer software Proven track record scaling creator programs from startup to growth stage Strong analytical skills with experience using data to optimize campaign performance Excellent project management skills with ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously Deep understanding of gaming (or adjacent) culture and creator landscape across platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch) Experience working closely with performance marketing teams and paid media optimization Nice-to-Haves
Background in gaming industry or passion for PC gaming Experience with creator management platforms and influencer marketing tools Understanding of performance marketing principles and paid social optimization Experience managing rebrand or product transition campaigns Knowledge of content creation workflows and video production processes Familiarity with gaming terminology, communities, and cultural nuances What we offer
