In this role, you’ll lead the user experience design process — from research and discovery to wireframes and prototyping. You’ll understand users’ needs and behaviors and translate that into seamless, scalable workflows that enhance how customers engage with the platform. You’ll work within the Product team and collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and our Designer on the Marketing team. While visual consistency and UI polish are important, your primary focus will be on the structure, usability, and clarity of the product experience. This is a collaborative and influential role where you’ll shape how customers navigate complex tasks and engage with core HR processes in a modern, approachable way. Conduct user research and translate findings into journey maps, task flows, and experience improvements. Create wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models that bring clarity to complex workflows. Lead UX strategy and design for product features from discovery through delivery. Collaborate with the Marketing Designer to ensure UI elements align with brand and design system standards. Contribute to the evolution of the internal design system with a focus on usability and scalability. Advocate for the user at every step, while balancing business goals and technical feasibility. Qualifications
3+ years of experience in UX design for digital products, especially SaaS or business platforms. A strong understanding of user-centered design principles and how to apply them to complex systems. Fluency in design tools like Figma, with the ability to build and communicate interactive prototypes. Experience designing and documenting within a design system. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly present your design rationale to peers and stakeholders. The pay range for this position is $80,000.00 - $110,000.00/yr.
