— Position Overview: We’re looking for an experienced and versatile
Product Marketer
to own the messaging, positioning, direct customer interaction, and go-to-market execution for Devo’s growing product portfolio. You’ll arm our sales, marketing, and channel teams with compelling collateral and training to ensure the market understands what makes Devo different—and why it matters. You will lead direct customer marketing engagement with a focus on arranging and executing our technical and executive customer advisory boards (CABs). This is a hands-on, high-impact role that works closely with product management, sales, and customer success and helps define a new category and tell the story of how Devo’s AI-native approach changes the game for modern security teams.

Messaging & Positioning:
Develop differentiated, compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with CISOs, SOC leaders, and security practitioners. Translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value.
Sales Enablement:
Create and maintain sales tools including pitch decks, battlecards, solution briefs, ROI calculators, one-pagers, and FAQs. Lead product training sessions for sales and channel teams. Build competitive analysis materials and keep them current.
Go-To-Market (GTM) Execution:
Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to drive successful product launches and updates. Own the GTM plan and ensure readiness across the org for new feature and product rollouts. Plan, arrange, and execute semi-annual CABs (technical and executive).
Partner Marketing:
Create and adapt materials for partners, MSSPs, and resellers. Support joint marketing initiatives with technology and channel partners.
Market Intelligence:
Track competitive developments, market trends, and customer needs to inform messaging and product strategy. Gather and synthesize customer feedback to refine positioning and feature prioritization.
Qualifications
Proven ability to create compelling content for technical and executive audiences.
Strong cross-functional collaboration with a bias for action and comfort in startup-paced environments.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Experience supporting both direct sales and channel partners.
Familiarity with product-led growth, AI/ML narratives, and modern go-to-market motions is a plus.
