Below, you will find a complete breakdown of everything required of potential candidates, as well as how to apply Good luck. Backed by operators from category defining companies. Anzenna is supported by security-focused funds and advisors giving us deep enterprise GTM and security practitioner DNA. Built by practitioners from the world’s top platforms. Our founding team hails from Yahoo, LinkedIn, Google, and Atlassian, combining large-scale security and product experience to deliver an agentless insider-risk platform that deploys fast, cuts noise, and drives measurable risk reduction from day one. Anzenna is the agentless insider risk and data protection layer for modern enterprises. We connect to existing IT & Security stacks (100+ Integrations) to build a user-centric view of device, activity, behavior and data flow; then cut noise with high-fidelity detections and automated remediation. Security teams use Anzenna to prevent data, code/IP exfiltration, risky extensions and applications, OAuth abuse, and mis-sharing without new agents or ingestion fees. The Role We’re hiring our first marketing leader to build and scale Anzenna’s growth engine from 0→1. You’ll own demand generation, digital marketing, and marketing operations end-to-end—partnering directly with the leadership team to craft our narrative, create pipeline, and carve out category leadership in insider risk & UEBA. You thrive in scrappy environments, balance strategy with hands-on execution, and love proving impact with data. What You’ll Do Own Demand Gen & Growth:
Design multi-channel programs (paid, organic, content, events, PLG motions) that drive qualified pipeline and accelerate sales cycles. Stand Up Marketing Ops:
Implement and run our stack, own attribution, lead scoring, routing, data hygiene, and dashboards. Content & Storytelling:
Ship concise, technical content that resonates with CISOs and security architects—use-case pages, solution briefs, ROI narratives, webinars, and short product videos. Sales & Product Partnering:
Align on ICP/ABM target lists, messaging, and launch plans; translate product signals into campaigns and enablement. Field & Partner Marketing:
Orchestrate webinars, conference moments (e.g., RSA, Fal.Con), and high-touch executive events; build co-marketing with key partners and resellers. Build the Foundation:
Establish processes, playbooks, and early vendor/agency relationships; hire a small, high-performing team as we scale. Digital Marketing:
Manage site, CMS, SEO/SEM, and conversion optimization (A/B tests, landing pages, forms, chat). Build always-on paid media across search, social, and display; iterate creatives and audiences. Own lifecycle/nurture (email, in-product prompts) and performance analytics (CPL, CAC, ROAS). Grow owned channels (newsletter, LinkedIn, X) and thought leadership with an authentic voice. What Success Looks Like (6–12 months) Repeatable campaigns generating consistent, attributed pipeline from our ICP. A clean marketing ops backbone with trustworthy reporting across the funnel. A crisp, differentiated narrative that shows up across website, content, and field. Strong sales alignment: enablement assets, field kits, and faster deal velocity. What You Bring 7+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with 3+ years leading demand gen/growth; security or infra/DevTools experience is a plus. Demonstrated ability to build a demand engine from scratch at an early-stage startup. Fluency in digital marketing (SEO/SEM, paid social/search, CRO, lifecycle/email) and marketing ops (MAP/CRM, attribution, lead flow). Strong storyteller who can translate complex security use cases into crisp value. Analytical, experiment-driven operator; you live in dashboards and love iterating. Comfortable partnering with Sales, Product, and Leadership in a fast, hands-on environment. Category-defining approach to insider risk without agents or log ingestion tax. Fast-moving, founder-led team with deep security DNA and enterprise traction. Big, meaningful problems with real customer pain; and room to make your mark. Seniority level
