Overview
Community Engagement & Marketing Coordinator (Full-Time)
Compensation: $18/hour + commission + performance bonuses
Schedule: 30-40 hours per week (not to exceed 40), including Saturdays and Sundays
Transportation Requirement: Must have a reliable personal vehicle and clean drivers license
Responsibilities
Plan and host 7 member appreciation events per month (23 hours each) across multiple locations
Organize milestone celebrations, themed classes, or small giveaways to celebrate loyalty and boost retention
Coordinate weekend activations that bring fun, value, and visibility to the studio experience
Develop and lead prospect-focused events (e.g., intro class nights, pop-ups, corporate demos) to bring in new leads
Represent Club Pilates at local events, farmers markets, fitness fairs, and wellness expos
Strategically build grassroots partnerships with nearby apartment communities, wellness providers, and small businesses
Distribute flyers, intro class passes, and branded giveaways to drive walk-ins and bookings
Manage local Instagram accounts for each studio, posting authentic and engaging daily content
Create original photo and video content showcasing classes, events, member stories, and instructor highlights
Coordinate occasional collaborations or giveaways to expand reach and increase
Track leads from events and campaigns, ensuring theyre entered into the CRM and followed up on
Collaborate with Studio Sales Associates to ensure a smooth transition from lead to intro class
Report marketing KPIs and provide feedback from events and campaigns to continuously improve outreach
Qualifications
2+ years experience in community marketing, events, social media, or boutique fitness (preferred)
Strong organizational skills and a self-starter mindset
Excellent communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly
Social media savvy especially Instagram Reels, Stories, and organic engagement strategies
Must have a reliable car and clean drivers license for daily travel between studios and to external events
Passion for wellness, fitness, or the Pilates lifestyle a strong plus
